Greetings and Salutations

Welcome, readers of my random journalings. (The word “readers” is, of
course, a prognostication, seeing as I have no subscribers at the time
of this post.) In this space I intend to post tales of my life, such as
I write for the benefit of my own memory as well as the amusement of
others. It was DJ who asked me if I had a blog (which I did not at the
time), thus causing me to consider it as a more sensible means of
distributing these stories than by e-mailing them in an ad-hoc fashion
to various interested parties. Thus, I shall begin by posting the most
recent three of those stories in the near future.
